planetyoga.ca is honored to present an Iyengar Yoga Weekend Workshop with Gaye Barter.
In this workshop Gaye will lead us through a series of poses establishing the foundation to develop steadiness and firmness. As Patanjali the father of yoga states in PYS 2:46 asana is a firm steady pose in body, mind and spirit which brings happiness, delight..As a tree cannot grow without it’s roots or expand out into the universe, neither can we with an unstable base and unclear sense of direction. Strong foundations bring stability in posture, ease of mind and joy of spirit.
$200
Earlybird Fee: $180 if paid on or before Feb 10.
