Applying for a General Membership is easy. Fill in the form below, requesting a Membership Type of General and then purchase the membership at our online Shop (you'll be given the opportunity after you click the Submit Application button at the very bottom of this form). You'll receive email confirmation with login instructions.
However, applying as a Certified Teacher or Teacher Trainee is a two-step process. Filling out the form and submitting it is the first step. Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed and approved. The second step takes place after you receive email confirmation of your application acceptance. This email will contain instructions on how to log in and purchase your membership through the Shop tab on the Home page (you won't be able to purchase it until you have an account, log in and then go to the Shop).
Please note that applications for Certified Teachers are subject to confirmation by the Professional Development Committee. Similarly, Teacher Trainee applications must include a letter from the applicant's teacher, confirming that s/he meets the Teacher Trainee criteria.
